IMPORTANT: SURGERY CLOSED 28 JUNE 2019
On 1 July 2019 our clinical IT system will merge with that of Mayfield Medical Centre. For this to successfully happen St Lukes Medical Centre will be closed ALL DAY to patients on Friday 28 June 2019 as part of the preparation for the merger. The phones will also be switched off.
However we will be providing medical assistance as follows:
- If you have a life threatening condition you must dial 999
The surgery doors and phone lines will reopen on
Monday 1 July 2019 at 9am.

IMPORTANT: CHANGES TO ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES!
The clinical systems of St Lukes and Mayfield Medical Centre are merging on the 1 July 2019.
If you are signed up to Online Patient Access to order your medication etc you will need to re-register FOR THIS SERVICE ONLY after 2 July 2019.
You can do this by calling the surgery from 2 July onwards and we will be able to email your new PIN number details. You don’t need to visit the surgery to do this.
This does NOT affect your main registration at the practice.

E-Consults is an online portal where patients can self check your symptoms and receive on line consultations from a GP within 48 hours of submitting a request. Further information can be seen on video link below.

Improved Access to GP appointments
Since July 2018 Brixham and Paignton Surgeries have been offering extended access clinics Monday - Thursday between the hours of 6pm - 8pm across GP sites.
This service has now been increased to include appointments on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays at Pembroke Surgery in Paignton. These appointments are booked through St Lukes Medical for our patients. Please read the document below for further information.
